Received a text message yesterday from someone purporting to be from Australia Post, advising that parcel delivery for Aug 1 was unsuccessful. Package is at pickup location. Visit www.support-austpost.services for redelivery or pick up details. I am not expecting any deliveries but not sure if this is legit or not. So I ignored it.

Scammers: Got a text from this number today saying that a package could not be delivered due to incorrect address. Hitting the URL attached to this text message gave me a page saying NOW that the package had incorrect postage. Of course the standard free delivery was grayed out and had a $2.50 charge for express postage to be able to (I assume) get this package; after all, I did not send a package. So, yes, then there was the field to input credit card details. Ringing this number just has this ringing out. Thankfully all scammers receive their just recompense for their thievery regarding their wasted existences in this life.
