dont know who they are. doesnt leave a message. I dont answer any phone calls from numbers not listed in my phone.

Just got an automated voice crapping on about a warrant yada yada yada. Load of crap. Says to call 224 9767 which isn't even a valid number. If you see this number calling don't answer it's a scam!

I just received a call which I sent to voicemail from an international number (+95 6435 9262). When I listened to the voicemail it was an automated message that had been cut off so only half the message played. Not sure who they were claiming to be but were crapping on about a warrant. Load of crap. The local number it advised to call was 02 4022 9767. Don't fall for this - it's a scam!
