Constant calls from Jane Small OBC to our business. Always asks for the same person to talk to in relation to contracts she wanted to follow up on. Never wants to leave a message and her excuse is that she is always running into a meeting and wont be contactable. The contact here is not aware of her, or any contracts she apparently needs to discuss.
