As soon as I activated a Huawei Modem for the first time on the Internet, there appeared an SMS Voicemail in my Modem's mail box from this number which had tried to call me. As my SIM is for data only, I could not listen to the Voice message. I tried to call the number back, but it is an "invalid" number. It is an ACT number, so I suspect it may be something from the Chinese Embassy which is activated by programming built into the Huawei Modem.
