Unsure if it is safe. They said they are with Optus and offering me a 20% discount on my bill because of COVID-19. My phone number is a Business phone plan for the company so I am unsure why they called me. As I don't manage this I gave them the companies details. Will report back if they say it was spam. A person who sounded like they were from India (or potentially in that region) spoke to me about this.

(02) 8006 4501 was the phone number to call back on for a text scam pretending to be Paypal. They text you about a fraud transaction and when you call they try to obtain your email address and try to get you to give them the 2 factor authentication code on your mobile so they can access your paypal account. Beware.
