Someone called me from this number saying he is from ATO they pick up and sounds like a call centre in the background. Block the number straight away.

Tax Scam (ATO impersonator) I received a call from (02) 8007 5335. The machine message claims that there is an outstanding legal case against you, and to avoid further legal action, you must continue and speak with an operator. I pressed the 'operator' repeatedly what his name was, and how do you spell it. Eventually, he told me the spelling of his name, and spelled out a offensive phrase. ATO will definitely NOT call you regarding a legal case in this manner.
