Scam artist saying ATO were going to issue an arrest warrant. For fun I tried to call back and no answer. It was a computer voice message when I actually answered the phone. Same situation for my partner weeks back and she is not even a resident of Aust. Why can the police not just jail these criminals and shut them down.

Text-to-speech voicemail. Saying due to returned mail a warrant for my arrest may be issued if I did not respond . . . to the same number. It may have said ATO at the start, the automated voice was not good quality. Most disturbing of all is that I only added a mobile number to the ATO within the last few days. How are they getting it so fast? Disturbing.
