This number claimed to be AGL, but AGL does NOT use landlines. Lady answered the phone with "Hello...pause...AGL", and asked for my details. No way did I give them..I gave her my account number at AGL, and she still asked for my info...I said you have my info so you tell me my address and I'll then know you're genuine. Hedged around that, so I terminated the call and reported it to AGL through their website live chat
