Caller Type: Scam

this is the 5th or so time they have called saying they are calling regarding the solar rebate. I then hang up as I don't have solar and will not be getting solar anytime in the future that I can see. I am guessing they are scammers but I have never gone any further than them saying they are calling "regarding the solar rebate". They have called many times and you can tell it is a call center because when you answer it is "dead" for a few seconds and then you can hear a VERY noisy background of a loud call center (sounds like ti is in a train station or mall it is so loud). i think it is a scam but I am not going to confirm/give my name or let them continue once they tell me what they are calling about.
