this number called I could here talking in background like a call centre I answered they were just silent , I heard someone breath deep then it just hung up , I rang back and was a recorded message saying a few options including one to stop them calling but when I tried to do the selection to stop it just hung up

Horrible nuisance caller from big call centre. They call, and call, and call. I phoned them back and could hear that it was a very big call centre. Avoid.
