Not an Australian company, when calling the call is picked up in the USA, so they said, but the voice sounded like India with a slight American accent. after being scammed so many times I have become paranoid and so did not go with this company, I prefer an Australian person to do my work and the sad part is this company is using an Australian domain name but is worldwide, so no telling who you will get.

Silence when I answered. A Google search revealed this is a telemarketing number used by Coles Financial Services and or Citibank and seems to be targetting holders of Coles credit cards.
