Pretending to be the NBN. Listed an incorrect address and asked for my correct one.

Picked up the call and no one responded, then they hung up.

Usual accent saying she was from Vic Power. Hang up and when I dialled back, the number wasn't in service.

it's a scam. block this number, it's fake. there's a lot of other comments on various sites saying it's a legitimate number, those must have been posted by the scammers themselves because it's totally a scam.

Spoke to Fedex, apparently legit. Will report further when this saga is over.

Unquestionably a scam. Stated they were from Fedex (no idea how they got my mobile number) and that they wanted my email address. Fedex HAVE my email address. Spoofing a Melbourne/Victoria telephone number. Most likely from the Philippines by the sound of the accents. Please folks, don't give them any info. If you are waiting on a delivery from Fedex (which in Australia will be via StarTrack (owned by Australia Post) or Australia Post themselves in the vast majority of cases, get in touch with Fedex directly.
