had a virus pop up on my computer locking me out of everything told me had to ring this number, Had an Indian guy answer the phone and straight away he had gained access to my computer and started controlling it from his end. once he got in he started stating I had major problems and needed me to supply credit card details to clear it at this stage I disconnected my computer from the internet and hung up I called Microsoft on their 132058 number and they confirmed that they are scamming people.

a message popped up on screen with a error to call this number and claim they are support so i called twice and twice they hanged up they claim to be microsoft support but will to help out on a fake apple product i had problems and were willing to assist still this is a scam and possible hackers from india or that side of the world
