Had a missed call from this number. I called back and a girl with extremely poor english who said her name was "Kookila" (totally unsure of the spelling due to her poor english) said she would put me on hold and "get someone". All she did however was put the phone down and walk away. I didn't stay "on hold" as the whole thing seemed very suspicious.
