Automated call in Mandarin, almost certainly a scam

Caller Type: Scam

Chinese language initially, in an advertising format which eventually changes to English and says something like "Wherever you are, for all your finance needs go to ANZ Bank". I don't think the call is from ANZ Bank, they have just placed anything on the call as a type of phishing exercise to get you to answer. Not sure how they do it or what they do with the info.
