Caller Type: Scam

It's a Thailand scammer calling itself 'Australian Living Solutions' and posing as a real estate rental/sale agency. Wanted bank details, to 'confirm my identity' lol. What a loser. Doesn't even have a website (too cheap to pay $4.99 to goDaddy for a URL but apparently is enough of an 'expert' to sell my property for me). It's on facebook so you can report it as a scam there if you have a facebook id. If it calls tell it to 'eff off then block the pig.
