Caller Type: Scam

Pretty sure this is a scammer. Robotic voice pretending to be "Services Australia", something with "legal services", reporting "suspicious activity", and that they have "suspended my account", then "to prevent... " (at this point I hung up). I received a call from a very similar mobile number earlier today, which could be another scam attempt (but no one picked up when I called back, so can't know for sure)
