rings and acknowledges your name then proceeds to talk in an Asian lamguage

Repeated calls from this number and others starting with 0437. Answered once and they hung up immediately. I have now blocked several of them. I am assuming they are nuisance calls or scammers!

I got a text message from this number claiming to be ANZ Bank warning of unusual activity and asking me to click a link. I am not an ANZ customer so this is obviously a phishing scam
