This phone number has reportedly been compromised by an unknown malevolent third party and used to try and defame someone in an attempt to get charges laid and prosecuted for purposes relating to obtaining a single parent’s half share of their children’s previously mutually agreed to custody arrangement so the accusing party or parties can claim the other half of family tax benefits as well as compel the affected defending parent to pay full child support instead of have their children in equal part as had previously been the cooperative arrangement. Heard this from a friendly neighbour. The phone number is also linked to a political party - UK Liberal Democrats abroad. All communications are political in nature and therefore protected under implied constitutional rights upholding freedom of political speech and expression.
