Hello Jane, Very disappointed after our conversation today to learn that we did not have 2 Balcony cabins as requested in our quote. We had one apparently reserved for us (John and Pauline McGrath but not for our friends John and Carol Pascoe)!!! I did mention to you in our quote that we needed 2 Balcony Cabins. Added to our disappointment is the fact that both couples (both of us) are celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversaries this year (2020)! Also the sale is finishing today 12th March, which is why we wanted to make sure we had 2 Balcony cabins at the discounted price. We did ask for that in our original quote before all the Balcony Cabins were sold. Guess now we will have to wait! But our friends John and Carol Pascoe are on your waitlist which is not good for any of us, but let us know how it goes, Guess the bottom line is that we ‘both couples’ are celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversaries in 2070. This is the whole reason for our cruise together. Our cruise from Sydney to Tokyo was cancelled about a week ago. We are all disappointed but realistic about the outcome. Would like to have had your confirmation fir both our cabin and their confirmation list under today’s date. Considering I sent the quote days before the 12th March for 2 Balcony Cabins and had a conversation with you today on the 12th being the last day for the sale. Guess we are at your mercy and that of Princess. Have also had the disappointment of our cruise in 5 weeks time being cancelled, However can always cancel I guess. Hope you realise we did want to do the cruise with our friends and thought we had all booked in time being a couple of days before the deadline. However now that our friends John and Carol Pascoe are on the Princess Walt list we will have a choice, As long as they will be able to buy their cabin as the same price as we have before the sale finished on the 12th March.
