They (a male) left a v/mail saying all my assets would be frozen if I didn't return call and that there would be legal/criminal ramifications?? Pretty sure it's a scam!

Caller Type: Scam

Phone call that's silent until you speak, then a recording of an American voice plays that's design to sound like a real person speaking conversationally: "Hi, this is John! John Mitchell the financial advisor. We received your message about wanting to make more income from home and I've actually got a mentor on the line right now "Just stay on the line while I transfer you over" The call then hung up. I'm not sure of the nature of the scam, but I didn't contact this person.
