Caller Type: Scam

I received a call from this number today but missed it on first go and they left a voicemail which was something in a Asian voice with music in the back ground. I called the number back within 10 minutes and the person wasn’t Asian and had no idea what I was talking about and said she hadn't placed a call to my number?!! I’m guessing it’s some sort of scam or hack going on. Very odd.
