SCAM!! I was quoted a completely different price online and then was advised of a 20% public holiday charge in addition on arrival. They refused to work until paid upfront and was told the boss would reimburse me later. The removalists were 1.5 hours late and offered no apology, showed up without appropriate footwear or clothing (the girl had a dress and thongs on), and the job took 2 hours when I paid for 3.5 which is fine but the items were placed in the middle of the room so I then had to get help moving them regardless which they should have assisted with. After they left I realised they had broken the fridge. The ‘boss’ told me it was already broken and that I would not be reimnbursed for the extra 20%. The whole experience was awful

Saying have a FedEx package that can’t be delivered. I’ve not done any online shopping & am not expecting any packages, in fact I’m neck deep in boxes & in middle of moving house! Absolutely no packages are on way to my soon to be old hm address
