automated voice from Australian National Crime Authority - which wound up in 2002

Called me twice, I answered and he asked if I had called him, it sounded like he had a vaguely brutish accent, I said no and he must be mistaken and he tried reading my number out to me acting as though I had called him. I told him he had the wrong number and hung up, he then proceeded to call me 3 more times until I blocked his number. I don’t know why he was doing this but it wasn’t an accident that he was calling me.
