The caller, in a robotic male voice says as below.
“The moment you receive this message, I want you to get back to me on my department division number 240171146 I repeat 240171146” .
“Now if we don’t hear from you, we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get your arrested. So get back to me as soon as possible.”
