I had the same experience as Serena. However having seen her comment, I recognise Act for Peace - it's an overseas aid charity. If so, it might be annoying but it is safe.

I called them back and got an answering machine - someone from Act for Peace? No idea who/what that is so I’m assuming it’s a cold call.
