Scammer!! Pretending to be the NBN and will cancel unless something i hung up... NBN is a service of fibre optics used by your network provider, Telstra, Optus, etc. The NBN might contact you if line work is being performed in your area however I doubt that as your service provider, Telstra, Optus, etc. would relay that information.
